Bug Report

If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the account name under which you accessed this web. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Bug Reporting Instructions - Please read them carefully
Please fill in as much related information as possible and be as specific as possible when describing your problem. The information gathered from our bug report form will be use only by Digital Privacy's development team. Please note that in order for our team to provide a solution to the problem you are reporting, they must be able to fully reproduce it first, therefore it is important that you fill out all the sections with as much accurate information as possible. Please note that if information about the product and version is not present or accurate, your request will be returned for clarification via the email address you specify - if the email is not valid, then the bug report will be discarded (unless obvious).
